Rindo is Marukyu Koyamaen's culinary-grade matcha from Uji, Kyoto, designed to hold its character when cooked or blended with other ingredients. More robust than their ceremonial grades, it's built for recipes where a delicate matcha would get lost.
Works well in lattes, baking, and desserts. Use 2–4g per serve depending on desired intensity.
How to brew (matcha latte)
Whisk 2–3g with a small amount of hot water to form a paste, then add steamed or cold milk of your choice.
