Aoarashi is Marukyu Koyamaen's signature everyday ceremonial matcha: bold, vivid, and deeply satisfying. Stone-ground from first-harvest tencha leaves shade-grown in Uji, Kyoto, it delivers the full character you'd expect from one of Japan's oldest tea houses: a bright, grassy aroma, a pronounced umami depth, and a clean finish with just enough astringency to give it backbone.

It's the matcha Marukyu drinkers come back to daily. Versatile enough to hold its own in a latte without disappearing behind milk, and expressive enough to drink straight as usucha, whisked with water at 70–80°C into a frothy, vibrant bowl.
