Inspired by the idea of reaching a higher place, Takami is the more refined expression in the JUKU Matcha range. A first-harvest ceremonial blend, stone-milled in Uji and built around Okumidori.

Smooth and rounded, with a delicate aroma, vibrant colour and minimal bitterness. Gentle in the cup, with a lingering umami finish.

Beautiful whisked straight, and just as good with milk.
