Inspired by the idea of beginnings, Hatsu was the first matcha created for JUKU Matcha. A first-harvest ceremonial blend, stone-milled in Uji and built around Okumidori and Yabukita.

Bold and robust, with a fresh vegetal character and gentle bitterness that holds its own through milk. Perfect for everyday matcha lattes, hot or iced.

For a softer finish, add a touch of brown sugar or agave.
